At Perfume Store, we want you to find your perfect signature scent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused fragrances within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the perfume in its original, cellophane-wrapped packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box with adequate cushioning to prevent breakage.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery markings are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item to ensure it remains sealed, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
